REFUND POLICY

We want you to be able to shop with confidence. Our customers’ satisfaction is our Goal. All our wears are checked  and well packaged before sending out to you our lovely customers. We give a refund for outfits with defects IF ONLY THE DEFECT IS A MANUFACTURER ERROR. We do not accept refund of any outfit or product in perfect condition. For every sizing issues, it will be replaced/ exchanged with another outfit of same design. Client can also select from other designs if the previous product is out of stock. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return policy: 

  • We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer 10days exchange policy from the delivery date.
  • Outfit or products must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached as we do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Include your order number, your child’s accurate sizing and reason for exchange inside the package.
  • We value all our customers and want them to be 100% satisfied with their purchase(s). To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING CHART in detail before making a purchase.
  • Clearance Sale Items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
  • All return items must be sent through a registered form of delivery. Any item given to a driver will not be received. 

Please note that costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.

There is no return nor return option for all stockpiled goods. 

Shipping duration: 

Delivery takes 2/4 working days for delivery within Nigeria. Delivery outside Nigeria will be dependent on the logistics company chosen by customer.
